This policy applies to PapersGPT subscription plans (Basic / Premium / Business, billed yearly). Every plan includes a fixed grant of credits; refunds account for the credits you have actually used.

1. 14-day money-back

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 10% of the plan's credits.

2. Pro-rata refunds

After the 14-day window, or once 10% or more of the credits have been consumed, refunds are calculated pro-rata:

refund = price paid − credits consumed × (price paid ÷ credits granted)

Example: a Basic yearly plan ($49, 2,400 credits) with 600 credits used → $49 − 600 × ($49 ÷ 2,400) = $36.75 refund.

3. When no refund is due

Once the credits you have consumed are worth the amount you paid, there is no remaining refund — the plan has been fully used at its per-credit rate.

4. After a refund

Refunding a subscription removes its remaining credits and Pro access, and the account is no longer eligible for the free trial. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider.
